"Local Market Monitor" predicts Marco Island and Collier County neighbor, Naples, Florida will experience a 41% rise in home values over the next three years. Marco Island is undergoing a very strong real estate market. Compared to the same time last year, price per square foot has increased 15.1%, and is now $289 per square foot. From September 15 - December 15 of 2015, there were 90 sales with an average selling price of $502,500. For the week ending December 16, 2015 the average listing price was $1,001,175. This is an increase of 3.8%, or $37,053 compared to the prior week.
